Being at peace takes effort

Self-Improvement
"It is not enough to suffer. You must transform all the suffering into light."

— Moments of reflection by André Luiz, Emmanuel (psychographed by Chico Xavier)

Life was provided to us so we could evolve, persist, and apply infinite intelligence towards life challenges. Each person carries their cross, and it is up to them to understand the responsibility in their current life. Once you genuinely seek improvement, help will come. First suffering comes, then ego is destroyed, then the light can shine.

Reflect on your tolerability of sheer incompetence. How should you respond when you receive unjust, egotistical feedback? How shall you respond when your kindness and politeness are received with coldness or are completely ignored? How do you deal with people that believe the right principles and rules don’t apply to them?

Understand that nothing that you can’t bear will be thrown at you and that being at peace takes effort, daily.

Your ability to survive and remain in the present moment is the most potent superpower you ought to develop.

There will not be a single day in which you won’t face regular adversities of living in the earth-plane, so teach yourself how to be at peace and in stillness.

Write a journal, practice gratitude, meditate, exercise, fast, and, most importantly, help others in need without expecting anything in return.

It is the only path to pure peacefulness and everlasting love. Ultimately, we will all be eaten by the same bacteria once we perish, but our spirit is preserved.

"Whatever may happen to thee, it was prepared for thee from all eternity; and the implication of causes was from eternity spinning the thread of thy being, and of that which is incident to it."

— Marcus Aurelius, Meditations, Book X
